Additionally, the Armada Hoffler motto, "We Build Trust," is a value that is incorporated in every aspect of our daily work. These values are conveyed and reinforced through the "AH" pins each employee wears, which distinguish Armada Hoffler individuals to the community and instill respect and honor for the company we work for.
At the same time, we strive to maintain a positive, dynamic, comfortable and fun work environment. Not only does the company emphasize the importance of family, it has become a family itself with the creation of lifelong friendships and bonds.
