The Town Center of Virginia Beach
Virginia Beach, VA
The Town Center of Virginia Beach is a 17-block, $500 million multi-phased mixed-use development located in the city’s Central Business District. It provides a mix of deluxe residential apartments and condominiums, Class-A office, multi-level upscale retail, business and luxury hotels and an array of cafes and restaurants. The Westin Hotel & Residences, Studio 56 Lofts, Two Columbus Center and the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts opened in 2008. Construction on Phase IV is expected to commence in 2011/2012.

Harbor East

The Harbor East Project consists of 20 acres of choice, mixed-use waterfront property covering more than 8 blocks adjacent to Baltimore’s Inner Harbor and Little Italy. Harbor East is anchored by luxury hotels, Class-A office space, entertainment venues, multiple upscale residential offerings and a marina. Nearing completion is a block containing a Four Seasons Hotel & Residences and the World Headquarters for Legg Mason.

The Animal Care and Adoption Center currently under construction in Virginia Beach, embraces sustainable design practices in an effort to create an interactive environment with the animals helping people connect with the natural world in a state of the art high performance building utilizing a geothermal mechanical system, rainwater harvesting and solar hot water heating among just a few of the building highlights. The endeavor has been deliberately designed to go beyond LEED certification yet stay true to the buildings purpose of actually compassionately caring for the animals it serves. Completion expected in December of 2011. -
The Four Seasons Hotel & Residences and Legg Mason World HQ
Baltimore, MD
This 1.6 million SF multi-use project is located on Baltimore's Inner Harbor waterfront and is connected via an underground five-level parking garage and 68,000 SF of first-floor retail. Tower I, the 455,566 SF, 22-story Four Seasons building will house 256 hotel rooms and 8 luxury condominiums. The Four Seasons Hotel will also include concierge service, room service, a fitness facility, spa, and restaurant. Condominium owners will have access to all the hotel's amenities including room, laundry, and maid service. Tower II, the Legg Mason World Headquarters, is 600,640 SF of class A office space. This $580 million project is expected to be complete in 2011.
