The Town Center of Virginia Beach is a 17-block, $500 million multi-phased mixed-use development located in the city’s Central Business District. It provides a mix of deluxe residential apartments and condominiums, Class-A office, multi-level upscale retail, business and luxury hotels and an array of cafes and restaurants. The Westin Hotel & Residences, Studio 56 Lofts and the Sandler Center for Performing Arts are slated to open in late, 2007. A five-story office building, Two Columbus Center, will open in Fall, 2008.

This 1,900,000 SF multi-use project is located on Baltimore's Inner Harbor waterfront and is connected via an underground five-level parking garage and 68,000 SF of first-floor retail. Tower I, the 745,000 SF, 44-story Four Seasons building will house 256 hotel rooms and 143 luxury condominiums. The Four Seasons Hotel will include concierge service, room service, a fitness facility, spa, and restaurant. Condominium owners will have access to all the hotel's amenities including room, laundry, and maid service. Tower II, the Legg Mason Office Building, is 587,000 SF of class A office space. Smith's Landing is 13 acres of mixed-use property within walking distance to Virginia Tech. Named after Virginia Tech alum and football legend, Bruce Smith, this project will house one, two, and three bedroom apartments, along with a four-story Hilton Garden Inn. Current plans include approximately 284 apartments, 137 hotel rooms, a Virginia Tech transit stop, access to a city-wide hike and bike trail, wireless internet, a fitness center, tanning beds, and club house. The Proton Therapy Center is a 2-story brick and glass building with a large rotunda overlooking a small lake. This state-of-the-art cancer treatment center will be one of the six full-scale operating proton facilities in the US. Approximately 98,800 SF, this $199 million project houses 5 treatment rooms and will be equipped to treat an estimated 2,000 cancer patients a year.

This two-building Class A office and residential complex along the scenic Potomac River and Rock Creek Park is connected via an underground parking structure and will offer panoramic views of the Washington Monument, Kennedy Center and Georgetown. The North Building, known as Harbourside, will contain 130,000 SF and seven floors, and is expected to be complete in Summer, 2007. The Harbor East Project consists of 20 acres of choice, mixed-use waterfront property covering more than 8 blocks adjacent to Baltimore’s Inner Harbor and Little Italy. Harbor East is anchored by luxury hotels, Class-A office space, entertainment venues, multiple upscale residential offerings and a marina.
