A public-private partnership, it features a 48,600 SF conference center, indoor pool, solarium, 1,000-space parking facility and three on-site restaurants.

 

 

 

 

Located in the heart of City Center at Oyster Point, this 135,000 SF hotel and conference center serves as a centerpiece for the entire mixed-use development. At 11 stories, the 256-key property features an exercise room, pool and whirlpool spa, high-end restaurant, social rotunda and an 85,000 SF conference center.
