The 3-story, 95,000 SF Rapid Rresponse Claims Center is located on lakefront property in Chesapeake, Virginia. Training centers for Chubb Computer Services occupy a 2-story, 41,358 SF Class A office building in both Reston, Virginia and Alpharetta, Georgia.

This 85,000 SF, flex-tech space building was managed through the General Services Administration and designed specifically for the DEA. Due to the need for safety, security and unique training venues, requested features included a room impenetrable by sound devices, a paint booth, laboratory/testing areas and administrative office space.
